Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to this website and to the apps and games published by Cooper Crest LLC, which does business as Cooper Crest Apps ("Cooper Crest," "we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. Apps obtained from the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Using our apps
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps and games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the rules of the store you got them from. Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse them.
Road Companion: safety comes first
- Do not interact with the app while driving. Set things up before you go, or have a passenger use it.
- Roadside listings, parking capacity, amenities and other information can change and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm conditions and follow posted signs, laws and your vehicle's restrictions.
- Road Companion does not provide truck-safe or RV-safe routing. Turn-by-turn directions come from the third-party map app you choose, under that provider's terms.
- Expense and maintenance reports are for your convenience and are not tax, legal or compliance advice.
YMG — Your Media Guide
YMG plays content from servers you choose and does not include any content. You are responsible for having the rights to the media on your server and any sources you connect.
Games
Game currency and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any in-game purchases are processed by the app store under its terms.
Intellectual property
Our apps, games, names, logos and content belong to Cooper Crest LLC. Third-party names, such as Apple, Jellyfin, Google Maps and Waze, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Disclaimers
Our apps, games and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't promise they will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cooper Crest LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of our apps, games or website. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
